    All items and merchandise purchased from ArtPal have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please read the policy details on ArtPal for more information or any exceptions that may apply. ArtPal has its own policies. All inquiries regarding purchases made through ArtPal should be directed to the contact information on your receipt.  Mary Snyder Fine Art does not create, supply, or ship prints from ArtPal. Mary Snyder creates the artwork only and partners with ArtPal. Please take the time to read product descriptions carefully and check the colors on multiple screens if you are concerned about color variations. We make every effort to represent the colors and tones in the artwork honestly and clearly.

    If you are interested in purchasing one of the original paintings, use the contact form and supply the name of the artwork along with your mailing zip code so we can provide you with the total cost including shipping. You will receive a reply within 24 hours.

    All sales of original artwork are final. Original artwork that is available for purchase will be stated in the description of the artwork. Please view all photos and contact us prior to purchasing with any questions. Original artwork is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be canceled.

    The exception being should it arrive damaged due to shipping. The artwork is fully insured and with proper documentation, an insurance claim is filed, and the entire price of the artwork will be refunded once received from the shipping company, UPS. A signature is required at time of delivery! 

    Payment can be made through PayPal or by check. If you choose to use PayPal, you will be provided with a link which will take you to our PayPal account where you will enter the total amount for the sale. Once notified by PayPal, your order will be shipped by UPS the next available business day and you will be supplied with a tracking number. 

    If you are paying by check, the order will not be shipped until the check has cleared our financial institution. 

    A Certificate of Authenticity created by, signed, and dated by Mary Snyder is included with the painting to guarantee its provenance.

    Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. 

    Mary Snyder retains all rights to all artworks. This includes the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings. Mary Snyder retains the right to make reproductions of all original artworks. The buyer has the right to display artwork purchased from Mary Snyder in their home or business but may not reproduce or resell the artwork or an image thereof without the written permission of Mary Snyder. 

    Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to artwork descriptions or pricing. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
